By the creator of the iPod and Nest. Not too practical but incredibly interesting stories and ways of thinking about product. Contrarian to many other things I've read. Talks about how product IS story, how Steve Jobs thought about it. Interestingly structured with cross-references between sections. Covers the Google-Nest acquisition and the culture clashes. Not a must read because it's not too practical, but I really enjoyed it. If you're struggling to tell the story of your product, this is the one to pick up.
