Marty Cagan
Marty Cagan's bible on how the best tech companies actually build product, drawn from his years at eBay, HP, and Netscape and the decades since advising product teams. The whole book hangs on one gap: how great product orgs work, with empowered teams handed problems to solve, versus how everyone else works, as a feature factory taking orders from the business. Currently reading, so the verdict isn't in yet. So far it reads like the canonical PM text everyone keeps citing, which is either exactly what I want or a sign it'll be more reference than revelation. I'll set the tier once I'm through it.
